Nope! I provide all cleaning supplies and tools needed. If you need special products used in your home for any reason, however, you are welcome to provide that, alongside directions on proper usage.  

I highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months.

No, just provide proper communication on how to enter your home (spare key, garage code, etc.).  However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay while the cleaning takes place.

 Absolutely! It is perfectly okay to have pets in the house during your cleaning services. 

I take many things into consideration to give you the best clean for the most affordable rate. Every home is unique and with that, my rates vary depending on the size of your home, type of cleaning services you request, current condition of the space needing cleaning, extra services added on, and other overhead costs.  A Quoted Clean is where you tell us what you would like cleaned. We then calculate how long we believe your requests will take and provide you with a guaranteed quote. We tend to be more liberal with our quotes, just to make sure there are no negative surprises. If we end up taking less time at your appointment, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect that.

Quoted cleans are great when you know what you want done and you want to guarantee it is completed at each clean.
